How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery to the Netherlands and Belgium takes 7–12 business days. The rest of Europe typically takes 10–15 business days. You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your order ships.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes — we offer free worldwide shipping on all orders, no minimum required.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link by email. You can also use our Track Order page to check the status at any time.
What is your return policy?
You have 30 days from delivery to return unworn items in their original condition. Contact us at kisamiba@gmail.com to start a return.
How long do refunds take?
Within 14 days of us receiving your return, refunded to your original payment method.
How should I care for my pieces?
Keep jewellery dry and store it in its pouch when not wearing it. Avoid contact with perfume, sweat or water. A soft cloth is all you need to restore the shine.
Which payment methods do you accept?
iDEAL, major credit and debit cards, PayPal and Apple Pay. Checkout is fully encrypted and secure.
My item arrived faulty — what now?
Email us at kisamiba@gmail.com within 30 days and we’ll arrange a replacement or full refund. Return shipping is on us.
